سازمان سرمایه گذاری و مشارکت های مردمی شهرداری ساری در خرداد ماه سال 1401 با تهیه ساختمان استیجاری، به عنوان اولین سازمان تخصصی در بخش سرمایه گذاری در بین شهرداری های شهرهای مازندران تشکیل و به عنوان کارگزار و تسهیل کننده با هدف گسترش و تمرکز تمامی امور مربوط به سرمایه گذاری در راستای برنامه های توسعه شهری و رونق اقتصادی و با دریافت کلیه داده ها و اطلاعات و مجوزات لازم در خصوص پروژه های مرتبط از کلیه معاونت ها و حوزه های شهرداری نسبت به تهیه بسته های فرصت های سرمایه گذاری اقدام و مذاکرات و نشست های تخصصی را در جهت سرمایه گذاری به عمل می آورد.

The Investment and Public Participation Organization of Sari Municipality was established in June 1401 with the provision of a rented building, as the first specialized organization in the investment sector among the municipalities of Mazandaran cities. and as a broker and facilitator with the aim of expanding and concentrating all matters related to investment in line with urban development programs and economic prosperity and by receiving all the necessary data and information and permits regarding related projects from all vice-chancellors and areas The municipality takes action on the preparation of investment opportunity packages and conducts negotiations and specialized meetings in the direction of investment  

این سازمان با تهیه و ارسال شیوه نامه از سوی سازمان شهرداری ها و ارسال آن به شورای محترم اسلامی شهر ساری و تصویب آن و پیگیری و تعیین اعضای شورای سازمان، هیئت مدیره و ناظر شورا در سازمان که در تاریخ 1401/8/16 توسط شورای محترم اسلامی شهر ساری به تصویب نهایی رسید،فعالیت خود را آغاز کرد. پس از گذشت 2 سال از زمان تأسیس و فعالیت توانسته بسته های سرمایه گذاری همچون احداث پارک سکوتپه، نارنجستان، بوستان خانواده، پارک مادر، پارک بزرگ صفرآباد، فاز چهارم شهرآشوب، پارک واقعیت مجازی و پارک قائم، تجاری مسکونی خیابان 18 دی، تجاری مسکونی عرصه سازمان فضای سبز و آرامستان، کمربندی امام روح الله تقاطع خیابان 22 بهمن، تجاری مسکونی عرصه ساختمان تاکسیرانی در بلوار پرستار تقاطع خیابان قائم، تجاری مسکونی بر اصلی خیابان 22 بهمن ( بازار روز ) را به صورت های مختلف مشارکتی آماده ارائه به سرمایه گذاران متقاضی نماید.
