MAIN OBJECTIVES
-To establish a central fruit and vegetables field in order to provide the necessary facilities for fruit and vegetable transactions and to establish an appropriate relationship to protect the interests of consumers and producers of agricultural products as well as delivering fruits and vegetables to their daily markets.
-To establish cold storage and warehouses in the appropriate places after obtaining the relevant license to regulate the supply of products with participation of governmental, cooperative and private sectors and banks.
-To establish and develop daily markets of fruits and vegetables for easy access of consumers in different sections of the city, with the participation of private, governmental and cooperative sectors, as well as the establishment of local market and temporary locations for the supply of products in authorized places approved by the relevant organizations, and also extending the central field and daily markets of fruits and vegetables after getting approval of the Council of the Organization and City Council.
