Goals :

Creation and activation of the passive defense committee in the municipalities of Mazandaran province and its institutionalization in the cities for the purpose of safety, stability and reduction of vulnerability by keeping provincial capacities against threats and military actions.

Missions :

1- Promoting effective deterrence and secure sustainable development in the cities of the province against threats.

2- Production of science, culture and its transformation into education and public belief.

3- Improving knowledge and effective management system for the critical situation.

4- Reducing the vulnerability of provincial cities and minimizing the impact of enemy threats.

5- Achieving the structure and operational continuity of provincial, urban and institutional services and critical management and civil defense in times of crisis.

6- Promotion of the utilization of the capacities and capabilities of the volunteer forces in all areas.
