11th Tehran International Tourism Exhibition / Introduction of Sari Tourism Capacities

Mohammad Mahboub, deputy of Cultural and Social Affairs of Sari Municipality, mentioned that the rapid growth of the number and diversity of tourism occasions result from the competitive environment and holding such exhibitions will have a huge impact in investment and opportunity to attract investor of the tourism industry, reported by Public Relations and International Affairs of Sari Municipality.

The exhibitions bring about great opportunity to interact with the tourism industry in a professional environment, Mahboub emphasized.

He stated that holding international exhibitions among various types of major tourism occasions in recent years, are considered central for introducing amenities and capacities in the field of tourism, encouraging active individuals, companies and institutions in this field, creating the situations for utilizing tourism capacities and providing job opportunities, preparing the necessary facilities for tourism, promoting the status of the tourism industry and having the culture of tourist-acceptance in the community.

Sari Municipality has participated at the 11th Tehran International Tourism Exhibition, with the replicas of Velayat Garden, Ibn Shahr Asub, Melal Park, to display the historical and recreational attractions of the provincial capital. Mahboub recalled that cultural packages, books, one-minute video clip, and some of the tourism projects were transferred via Bluetooth to the cell phones of visitors in order to identify Sari's tourism capacities.

It is worth mentioning that the activities and projects of the Sari urban management team have been implemented with cultural attachment and in accordance with tourism development.
